BOOKING A TRAIL

o book a trail or lesson, please telephone 01437 541298 where we will be able to take all your information and book your ride.

Please note:

• When booking your ride a credit card number (visa, debit & mastercard) will be required in order to hold your reservation.
• Credit cards are not processed in advance.
• The only time that cards are processed in your absence is on the basis of the below cancellation conditions.
• If you wish to pay for your ride with the credit card details that you have supplied when booking your ride you will need to bring that card with you.
• We will also require the name of each rider and their approximate height, weight and experience so we can attempt to tailor the rider to the best horse suited to them.

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR RIDE

• 48hrs in advance of your booking you will be charged 10% of the total ride value.
• Less than 48hrs in advance you will be charged 50% of the total ride value. 
• For cancellations or no-shows on the day of the ride, you will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the total ride value.

When booking any of our rides or lessons you agree to the terms and conditions above, Sycamores Ranch reserve the right to refuse to accept a booking.

If we have to cancel the ride for whatever reason you will not be charged for the ride and we will offer you an alternative booking date.
